U.S Stamps Nigerian Passport With ‘No AOS/EOS’ Tag
Reactions have continued to trail the report suggesting that the officers of the United States immigration now stamp Nigerian passports with the inscription ‘No AOS No EOS.’
Reports states that Nigerians have continued to raise worries over the development in the United States.
Owing to this development, an online user while reacting to the move by the US, called on Nigerians to be careful if they have to travel to the United States. The online user who requested anonymity, claims that the US Customs and border protection security have also adopted the move and are now signing ‘No AOS / No EOS’ on the passports of visa holders or immigrants at the US airport.
The online user shared claims to be in a relationship with someone who just flew in Atlanta and got her passport stamped with the words.
While sharing pictures, the online user wrote in his words; Can you see what they are doing to people now in America? They stamp your passport and write this, Someone just came into Atlanta and they stamped her passport AOS meaning no adjustment of status. The next one EOS means no extension of status. So no longer extending your 6 months stay Or adjustment of status or getting married while you are here, everyone has to be careful these people are not joking.
